Description
• You will take care of the existing partners and be responsible for generating new business opportunities• You will take ownership of the whole sales process and partnership responsibility
• You will prepare forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders and the management
• You will be a credible advisor in facing any issues and problems by external partners and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• You will be responsible of P&L results of assigned partner
• You coordinate projects, making sure the interactions between different departments is fluid and results are delivered in a timely manner
• You own and use your analytical skills to find your way through complex datasets and recognize opportunities to grow and to optimize business relationship
• Your support will be required in developing special projects of both local and international teams in the definition of the new routes and pricing
• You implement a route network based on quantitative analysis such as competitor analysis and benchmarks • Excellent Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, preferable acquired in a multinational environment, with a proven Track record of successful personal and occupational projects with high performance and sales responsibility
• Excellent analytical skills, with a high level of Excel proficiency
• High social, communication, and negotiation and presentation skills (professional use of Powerpoint is highly valued)
• Economic's understanding: f.i. ability to read and understand a balance sheet
• Problem solving attitude
• Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
• Independent, reliable and responsible working style
• At least full working proficiency in both Italian and English
