Description
You gather and analyze information, formulate and test different hypothesis to develop recommendations which will impact business operationsYou manage and monitor import of data to Oracle ERP and its consistency with other systems
You design, integrate and implement controlling and analytical procedures cross functional in CEE region and prepare reports to and draw business conclusions for the headquarters in Munich
You work with Finance team in business plan preparation, budget and cash flow planning
You contribute to the improvement of the financial processes and support all administrative/operative day by day activities
You report directly to and continuously collaborate with the Regional Head of Finance Bachelor or masters degree in finance/economics/business IT or similar field
1 – 3 years of work experience (incl. internships)
Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Good Excel knowledge
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
Problem solving, hands on attitude
Accurate and structured work style, combined with strong commitment, team-oriented mind-set
You are fluent in English
You are fluent in Hungarian and/or Romanian and/or Bulgarian
