• You make learning at Flixbus a success• You work with HR and business leaders to conduct needs analysis, and define leadership development and competency requirements
• You develop programs, concepts and blended learning approaches and put them on the road
• You precisely evaluate training needs and meet these through your provided trainings
• You conduct leadership trainings from managerial level to high levels of elaboration, and continually support colleagues during the training process
• You engage our team from intern to VP with your teaching and coaching skills and bring our existing programs to the next level
• You contribute to the overall success of our teams by identifying ways to continuously improve the learning process and enhance leadership effectiveness
• You manage program effectiveness after executing your trainings by looking at delivery satisfaction, transfer of knowledge and skills back into the workplace
• You deliver inspiring trainings with an enthusiastic approach • Excellent degree in Management Education (Wirtschaftspädagogik), Business, Economics or education with managerial background
• Proven track record of successful trainings
• Able to define and track measures of effectiveness for learning and development
• Savvy in modern educational methods, on- and offline
• Trainer education is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Fluent in English, German and every other language is a plus
