Description

• You ensure the reliable performance of our ERP systems, especially in the area of the Oracle Cloud Finance and HCM
• You update and maintain the JIRA / Confluence internal portal based “on-screen-reference”, you contain standard forms, administrative circulars and other information to be published to all staff
• You act as a focal point for all user related issues regarding our Oracle ERP system,
• You receive and prioritize reported problems and take care of their resolution
• You gather user requirements and you test and implement ERP systems and applications
• You respond to requests for assistance from users, you maintain accurate log entries, assist in diverse topics and find a way to the most effective solution
• You work closely with the Oracle support to fix bugs, problems etc.
• You coordinate new software releases, fixes and upgrades • Bachelor / Master in business administration, economics, or similar, preferably with a focus on Finance/Accounting
• First professional experience as a consultant, ideally in start-up or a dynamic environment
• Experience with ERP systems (especially Oracle) is a plus
• Very good knowledge of computer applications and operating systems and the ability to support user requests
• An affinity with IT systems
• Exact, data-driven and structured working-style
• Commitment and a team-oriented way of thinking
• Fluent in English; every other European language is a plus
