Description
You lead 5 teams that all ensure we have the best possible network (Schedule Quality Management, Network Analysis, Stations audit, Operational planning/Punctuality, Network Projects);You drive innovation in network planning, e.g. what technology we use or how we analyse our business;
You identify business opportunities (e.g. network optimization, white spots etc.) and ensure line organization follows up;
You define best practices and ensure implementation and coherence across business units. Initial leadership experience;
Understanding of core dynamics of transportation markets;
Strong business sense and orientation (You hunt opportunities);
Innovation oriented – you actively look for new technology and approaches/processes to improve the output of our work;
A very analytical mind, you try to find root causes and take figure-based decisions;
Willing to understand gaps in processes, develop optimization ideas and improve and implement if necessary;
Strong communicator: explain and convince business units and Line organization;
You led projects across functions;
You are fluent in English, Excel and Powerpoint
