Description
• You lead and develop our teams of operations managers and shop staff• You work closely with our bus partners and develop long-lasting relationships based on mutual benefits
• You and your team are the main link to our bus partners, support them in all relevant matters, and train the drivers in conduct, communication and our brand image
• You self-dependently steer our shops (local service and sales offices) and manage our staff
• You ensure and optimize the quality standards of our go-live process and operations and coordinate the processes at our bus stations
• You drive our product innovation agenda in the Nordics to ensure we stay ahead of competition • Excellent Master's degree in the fields of leisure and tourism, transportation, Business, Economics, or related fields of study
• Staff planning, coordination and leadership experience is an advantage, so is previous experience in the transportation or tourism industry
• Experience in partner management B2B business a plus
• High motivation for achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with us
• Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, knowledge of any other language (Danish in particular) is a plus
