Description

• You are involved in different project modules that your team is working on in the context of important strategic and M&A projects;
• You offer support in conducting market research, assessing and analyzing business plans of potential acquisitions targets;
• You contribute to workstreams in the PMI phase of acquisitions and assist your colleagues in driving the integration, synergy tracking and implementation;
• You are curious and keen to understand the underlying dynamics that drive the growth of markets and/or target companies;
• You work closely with International Business Development, Finance, and other operational teams;
• Your commitment drives an essential growth and success factor of FlixBus. • Enrolled student at the university, studying business, finance or a related subject (ideally with a transportation focus);
• Relevant experience through previous internships is a plus, passion for our industry very helpful;
• Strong analytical skills and willingness to thoroughly understand the dynamics of markets, industries, and companies;
• The necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop and grow FlixBus with us;
• Proactive, reliable and autonomous working mode to achieve great results in your work;
• Fluent in English, knowledge of German or any other CEE language is a plus.
