Description
• Build the Sales strategy from Acquisition to Account Management, and support our B2B sales and distribution through travel agencies, airlines, commercial chains, etc• Negotiate and acquire key accounts to build a strong sales network to make our company a recognized and loved mobility brand in the US
• Manage and engage our partners by proposing attractive incentives and keeping close relationship to ensure their satisfaction
• Integrate the sales partnerships to our databases and system integration (booking/CRM)
• Measure the performance of your accounts and campaigns through KPIs and business cases
• Create reports and define new measurements to analyse and optimize performance
• Think outside of the box: regularly propose new ideas and innovate campaigns to push our sales offline
• Manage your own marketing budget and pitch for extra budget when needed to test and scale campaigns to take offline sales to the next level
• Be the contact person for all Sales marketing measures in answering all internal stakeholders • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business or in a tourism-related field
• Interest for the Tourism Industry
• Previous experience in Sales or online marketing is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and affinity to numbers, with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using multiple online tools including MS Office, Outlook and Salesforce
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strong customer focus; enjoy negotiating
• Enthusiasm, Proactive with Hands on attitude, experience in a start-up environment is a plus
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
