Description
• As HR Manager in the field of Tech, you advise our IT team on all people-related aspects• You contribute to the future development of our IT team by continuously challenging and consulting the People Managers
• You are responsible for strategic HR projects and ensure the successful execution of the projects and the respective HR processes
• You consult with the rest of the HR team and company to continuously improve the overall organizational efficiency, and ensure a great working culture in an agile environment
• You are in charge of HR-related operational topics, such as on- and off-boarding of our employees and keeping track of the HR database as well as the personnel files
• You are involved in FTE and budget planning processes • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an agile environment
• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or HR-related field
• You are familiar with the common MS Office tools and know how to prepare decision templates
• You are fluent in English and you speak German on a professional working level (B2/C1 level), every other European language is a plus
• You show strong communication skills, you are proactive, hands-on, service-oriented, team-oriented, and you pay attention to details
• You are discreet, empathic and sensitive as well as structured and highly assertive
• You have a proactive approach towards projects and the drive to ensure a high level of quality
