• You take responsibility for the coordination of promotions in Russia
• You identify potential partnerships, negotiate and manage the cooperations
• You work closely together with other members of the team
• You continuously research and analyze the market to understand our customers better
• You support the marketing team on all marketing and promotional activities
• You train FlixBus promoters and become the point of contact between them and the company
• You monitor and analyze the performances of each promotional activity relying on specific KPIs
