Description
• Handling all country organizations' requests regarding their onboard material• Administrating our webshop where bus partners order new equipment
• Supporting the ordering of new articles / replacement articles (hardware, uniforms, …)
• Administrating technical interfaces like TomTom / Webfleet
• Ensuring all go lives by providing on-time documentation to the bus partners
• Investigating missing / late deliveries from FlixBus logistic providers
• Monitoring the stock of equipment and reordering if necessary
• Ensuring proper accounting & tracking of logistics invoices • You perform tasks thoroughly and work with conscientiousness
• Be able to work in autonomy and to organize work plans to meet expectations (deadlines, quality…)
• Demonstrate good communication skills to interact with different stakeholders (providers, countries…)
• Have full professional proficiency in English, any other language being a plus
