Description

• You advise our managers and provide expert advice, guidance and coaching in all people aspects
• You are responsible for your own HR related projects and ensure their successful execution
• You deal with questions regarding employment law and give legally sound advice
• You support in HR administration processes and ensure compliance to internal procedures and policies and external regulations and standards
• You solve problems proactively, create and optimize structures, and ensure a smooth process flow
• You consult with the rest of the team and company to continuously improve the overall organizational efficiency, and ensure a great working culture
• You work with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, and facilitate the solving of them
• You will provide information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction
• You foster talent development across functions, units and divisions
• You are responsible for employees full life cycle at FlixBus and support employees throughout their time with us • Master- or Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences or related fields of study, preferably with a major in employment law or similar topics
• At least 3 years of experience in relevant positions
• Practical experience in the implementation of HR projects
• Fluent in German and English, every other language is a plus
• Proactive, committed, team-oriented, reliable, and conscientious
• High social, communication, and negotiation skills
• You are ready to take responsibility, proactively drive projects and ensure quality
