Description

• You manage subprojects to implement new ancillary services, support the whole process from product conception across technical development through operational execution and optimize existing offerings to unlock the full potential of ancillary revenues for FlixBus
• You analyze the market to identify new product ideas, build business cases for our project pipeline and prioritize regarding estimated impact, needed effort as well as complexity
• You monitor the performance of existing offerings, develop a regular reporting for executive committees and support stakeholder within our company wide network in dealing with our products
• You derive specific measures and recommendations for action and present your results in the right format for diverse audiences in preparation for strategic decisions
• You create forecasts and support our budget planning process • Excellent degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field of study
• Experience in product and project management, business development or strategy consulting, preferably in ancillary revenues or transportation industry
• You are very confident and experienced in dealing with PowerPoint to present your results and feel familiar with other relevant tools such as SQL or common project management methods
• Additionally, you demonstrate high analytical skills, you love data and you have outstanding Excel skills to understand and build complex business models or analysis
• You have the ability to run multiple complex work streams in a cross-functional environment and convince with excellent communication skills, paired with a responsible, independent and team-oriented work style
• Fluent in English, any other European language (especially German) is a plus
