Description

You will be responsible for building state of the art solutions to optimize the conversion rate of our funnels. That being said, you are not only a Product Owner but are also a crucial cornerstone in optimizing funnels across multiple devices and websites.
As part of your job you will:
• Collaborate with your customers and stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap
• Own, prioritize and refine the product backlog, in line with the company's strategic vision
• Understand our customers' problems and come up with pragmatic solutions
• Establish a data-driven decision-making culture within your team and among its stakeholders
• Analyze the business impact of new features to creatively improve the software products
• Be an agile and lean example with regards to speed and quality of engineering
• Planning CRO roadmap, testing, optimization, reporting, and forecasting
• Support the ongoing conversion rate optimization strategy for our core teams, which includes:
o Creating the strategy for our testing plan based on the data provided by the product analysts
o Planning A/B or Multivariate tests
o Optimizing funnels across multiple platforms
o Sharing hypotheses for tests with stakeholders and report tests' outcomes
o Active optimization of the user journey, taking action on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements
o Leading CRO efforts across multifunctional teams to develop innovative product offerings that achieve brand goals and business objectives. • Bachelor/Master's in business information systems, computer science or similar
• Experience in a Product Owner/Manager role with focus on CRO
• Good understanding of Agile Software Product development principles and techniques (e.g. User Story Mapping, Impact Mapping, Lean, Design Thinking, etc.)
• Passion for digital products, services and for problem-solving
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Team player, full of empathy and intuition, properties you self-evidently call your own
• Fluent in English; every other European language is a plus
