Description

• You are responsible for defining the future of Digital Voice Assistants in the Flix family of products and services
• You are creative, innovative, and have a genuine drive to create an extraordinary customer experience
• You own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in line with the strategic vision, including but not limited to writing user stories
• You develop a strong understanding of emerging technologies and align the roadmap with the product backlog and vice versa
• You create and maintain a clear view of the competitor landscape, strategic opportunities, and challenges
• You build authentic and meaningful relationships with internal customers, team members, and stakeholders
• You work with your stakeholders in the organization to gather their support and deliver on their needs
• You work with key stakeholders to define, design, implement and optimize user solutions
• You are not afraid of making mistakes, exploring with new features, testing hypotheses and making data-driven decisions to define the next steps for this R&D project • Bachelor/Master in informatics, computer science, Human–computer interaction (HCI), or similar
• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, working in a productive-creative setting
• Solid understanding of Agile software product development principles and techniques (e.g. User Story Mapping, Impact Mapping, Lean, Design Thinking, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in feature prioritization and customer value analysis
• Passion for digital voice assistant and HCI products, and services
• Prior experience with technologies like: Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri, or Microsoft Cortana
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Empathetic with a genuine concern for the well-being of others
• Fluent in English; every other European language is a plus
