Description
You identify quality risks and evaluate deficiencies to appropriately remedy them while working with internal departmentsYou advice, support and submit reports to our operations/business managers on all quality issues, provide guidance and feedback
You develop and implement quality improvement projects
You keep quality project management documentation and perform analysis
You monitor performance and quality of the service our bus partners and staff provides
You are responsible for ensuring that the service we provide is best quality, consistent and meets both external and internal requirements (customer expectations and partners compliance to set standards)
You participate in preparing quality guidelines and training manuals
You are on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop of new and efficient procedures
You review customer requirements and make sure they are met Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, economics or related fields of study
Previous experience in quality project management is a plus
In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
Strong analytical skills and quantitative problem-solving skills, affinity to numbers as well as excellent knowledge of Excel and BI CUBE
Accurate and structured work style, combined with strong commitment
Conscientious and responsible with a keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
Developed social and communication skills
Fluent in Croatian and English, knowledge of any other Eastern European language or German is a plus
