Description

• You are in charge of Quality Management for the Benelux region
• You initiate new ways of measuring quality of our product and service and that of our partners
• You analyze all available quality data to find opportunities for improvements and work together with both our local- and international teams and our partners to initiate and manage solutions for improvements
• Your main KPI is the NPS and you work for continuous improvement of that KPI from fixing quality basics till going the extra mile to ensure really happy customers while maintaining a good relationship with our partners
• You develop and implement quality improvement projects
• You are also an essential part of the operations team and work with the Head of Operations to manage the Benelux operation, which includes setting up new lines in and partners and managing existing ones
• You manage lines and rides in the backend system
• You use your problem-solving skills to handle issues that come up and manage of operational excellence • Bachelor or Master degree in Operations, Logistics, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields of studies
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong people skills and a good feeling for customers needs and concerns
• Analytical, good with data, accurate and strong problem solving skills
• Eager to learn, pro-active attitude
• You have the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop and grow FlixBus with us
• Experience in mobility or travel is a plus
• Native in Dutch and fluent in English, as well as any other European language is a plus
