Description
• You support our international team in building up a new business, focused on the Nordic market• You work closely together with our central Marketing & Sales department in Munich
• You take full ownership of all offline marketing activities (Offline, PoS, and events), involving their planning, implementation and evaluation with a focus on the Nordic market
• You adapt our marketing to the needs of the Nordic market (online/offline/mobile)
• You identify and acquire sales agencies and build strong, long-lasting partnerships
• You coordinate the relationships with agencies and external parties
• You implement strategic marketing & sales projects, and run operational activities
• You analyze the market and identify new marketing & sales opportunities (specific business opportunities, partnerships and marketing campaigns and manage relationships with national key stakeholders)
• You identify and share best practices across marketing & sales channels
• You report to the Managing Director Nordics and work closely with our Marketing & Sales department in Munich • Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Sales, or Marketing
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience (sales and marketing role, start-up marketing)
• Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to back up assumptions
• High social, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proactive, strong focus on achievement and an entrepreneurial drive
• You are creative, eloquent and have a strong ability to manage a broad range of both proactive and reactive projects
• Enthusiasm, team spirit, and commitment are amongst your strongest qualities
• Swedish (native speaker level) and fluent in English; Danish is a plus, and so is German
