Description

• You are responsible for driving important strategic and M&A projects
• You conduct due diligences, assess and analyze targets and are involved in structuring deals
• You are responsible for multiple workstreams in the PMI phase of acquisitions and drive integration, synergy tracking and implementation
• You are open to step into an operational role post acquisition and take business responsibility
• You work closely with International Business Development, Finance and other operational teams
• Your committment drives an essential growth and success factor of FlixBus • Excellent Master or Bachelor from a top university in business, finance or related subjects
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, thereof min. 2 years of experience in top tier strategy consulting, investment banking or corporate finance/strategy with leadership position
• Detailed knowledge and previous operational experience in all stages of M&A projects from target screening to PMI
• Strong analytical skills, high social, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• The necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop and grow FlixBus with us
• Proactive, reliable and a strong focus on achievement
• Fluent in German and English plus additional Eastern European language
