Description

• You are the owner of all Training and Learning Development related topics at FlixBus and are responsible for further development within this field
• You are building up and expanding the personnel development landscape
• You identify employee and development needs for training
• You manage training schedules and budgets
• You create a people development and training concept, which includes growing our training offers and development catalog
• You implement a training and development platform / tool that aligns with the organization's strategic goals
• You manage and update all trainings in order to ensure the best possible outcome
• You evaluate the effectiveness of training specialists and choose the best fit for our employees needs
• You collaborate closely with our Organizational Development team on all topics concerning talent as well as organizational development • Degree in a business-related field of study with focus on Psychology, Coaching & Training or Educational Science, or similar
• You gained at least 2 years of work experience in Training and People Development, or similar
• You have a track record of successfully completed projects and learning initiatives
• You distinguish yourself through strong conceptional skills, but you are also able to show your strengths in operational work
• You are passionate, committed, team-oriented with an accurate and structured work style
• Fluent in English, every other language (especially German) is a plus
