Description

• You enable the SEO team to achieve common strategic & financial goals and you are responsible for the strategic set-up & coordination
• You improve the daily work of our SEO team by mentoring and motivating them, by providing regular feedback and leading them by using all your professional skills
• You conceive, plan and implement highly scalable strategies that focus on the customer and optimize business & SEO KPIs
• You define requirements, tasks, timelines and resources associated to our SEO strategy
• You bring our organic growth to the next level by developing concepts for content development, technical SEO & offpage optimization
• You keep pace with SEO trends, the market & the competition and work on relevant conclusions as well as suggestions for optimization
• You monitor and evaluate performance metrics to understand and optimize our organic search performance across our international markets
• You work closely with our developer team on a variety of onpage, CMS and optimization topics • Profound professional experience in SEO and an understanding of relevant ranking factors
• Experience in leading an intercultural team in a dynamic environment
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
• University degree in Economics, Marketing, Digital Media or related fields
• Ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and to find creative solutions
• Strong communication skills as well as a goal-driven and team-oriented working style
• Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus
