Description
• You partner with our FlixBus app development teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities• You use your expertise to understand how our users interact with our FlixBus apps
• You influence product teams through data-based recommendations on what to build in the next roadmap
• You monitor key product metrics and understand root causes of changes in metrics
• You influence, support, and execute our product decisions and launches and inform about them
• You work with Webtrekk and Google Analytics to analyze data and find great opportunities
• You make sure, that the tracking is implemented correctly by checking the code, and suggesting the appropriate modifications to the development team when necessary • At least 2 years of experience as a digital analyst
• Experience with web and app analytics platforms, starting with Google Analytics (Firebase is a plus)
• Knowledge of Objective C and Java is a plus
• Experience using data analysis to measure digital marketing/campaign performance as well as new features released product-wise
• An understanding of relational databases or customer research statistics
• A/B testing experience in Apps is a plus
• Fluent in English
