You can find our signature pink bikes in 52 cities across 10 countries, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We’re connecting foodies and restaurants from Helsinki to Sydney and together with our riders' energy and our amazing partner restaurants, we're redefining delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.
For our HQ in Berlin, we are looking for a CRM Data Analyst (m/f)
Responsibilities
- Participate in exciting global projects related to customer communication, engaging and retaining customers and maximizing lifetime value
- You translate CRM business requirements into SQL statements and work closely with the Business Intelligence team to ensure the availability and integrity of CRM data
- Implement new and maintain existing scheduled processes to import data into CRM tools using SQL and Python scripts
- You build and maintain CRM customer segments
- Analyze and communicate actionable business insights as well as complex data to determine data integrity issues
Requirements
- University degree in the field of Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent
- Extensive experience with SQL using a common database tool such as PostgreSQL, MySql, Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift
- You are familiar with Python, RESTful APIs and JSON
- You possess excellent communication skills in English; any additional languages are a plus
- Ability to understand stakeholder needs & requirements and convert them into data sets & processes
