We're bringing good food into your everyday – but that means more than just bringing you your favourite meals from local restaurants. It means we hit the streets to find the next must-try spot and we chat with the locals to stay ahead of the latest in food. We sit down with chefs, dreaming up menus that will arrive at your door fresh and full of flavour.


You can find our signature pink bikes in 52 cities across 10 countries, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We’re connecting foodies and restaurants from Helsinki to Sydney and together with our riders'​ energy and our amazing partner restaurants, we're redefining delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.


Foodora is now expanding rapidly around the world. We are looking for a new Global Head of Account Management to lead our highly skilled and motivated team of Account Managers in our Berlin HQ.


Responsibilities:


  • Directly managing a small team in Berlin, as well as overseeing the performance of 50+ Account Managers globally
  • Driving the innovation and optimisation of internal account management methodolgies, procedures and processes
  • Taking ownership of performance, compliance and development of our 10k+ partner restaurants globally
  • Overseeing the execution of global projects, whilst providing guidance and insights to our Account Managers worldwide 
  • Analysing partner performance data and realising best practice in the development of symbiotic partnerships with our partner restaurants
  • Re-negotiating existing partnership agreements and ensuring the implementation of partnership agreements
  • Managing positive and sustaining relations with restaurants and solving all kinds of issues
  • Supporting the Marketing team in execution of our restaurant brand strategy (incl. events, social, etc.) with our partner restaurants
  • Being the face of foodora towards our partners

Requirements:


  • A proven track record of managing a team successfully
  • Extraordinary negotiation, interpersonal and management skills
  • A strong business acumen with the ability to see the big picture and forecast trends in our industry
  • A confident and assertive communication style, with a natural tendency to question the norm
  • A history of process optimisation and a proactive attitude towards improving efficiency
  • A consultancy background would be an advantage, but not essential
