We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Manager for our HQ in Berlin!
As an Junior Supply Chain Manager you will play a key role in supporting couriers during live operations. It’s a fast-paced environment that requires you to think on your feet and communicate on the fly with couriers and restaurants in a time-sensitive situation. You will monitor the logistic flow in our platform and communicate with riders to mitigate and resolve complex and dynamic issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- You communicate with our international logistic partners and suppliers
- You insure that all the materials our business needs worlwide arrives on time
- You have your own projects to continuously improve our supply chain processes
- You gather offers from manufacturers and take care of purchasing new materials
QUALIFICATIONS
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good analytical skills, attention to details, proactive
- Good excel skills - essential
- Ability to multitask while keeping attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to focus on problem solving
- Highly analytical and able to make quick decisions in a fast paced environment
- English (fluent), German (preferred fluent)
