foodora is a Berlin-based food delivery service that partners exclusively with beloved local restaurants to deliver quality meals in over 50 cities worldwide. We know the best that our cities offer and we’re bringing it online, enabling our customers to order their favorite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We provide our restaurant-partners with an on-demand fleet of bicycle couriers, making it simple for customers around the world to access delicious meals.  

We are currently expanding rapidly through Europe, Canada, and Australia, and are always on the hunt for the brightest minds to join our team. Not only do we want to bring quality food to customers around the world, we also want to redefine delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Logistic Operations, you will be responsible for creating unique lead generation campaigns aimed at attracting riders to foodora. The online campaigns will be coordinated with a team of in-house online marketing experts and the offline campaigns will be where you get to flex your creative muscle. You will find new and effective avenues to reach potential riders on a mass scale, coordinating the process from conception to execution, whilst always maintaining an eye for our brand. You will spearhead our Rider Ambassador program and ensure that the riders, the heart of our business, is beating strongly. 

Requirements

This is a broad role, encompassing many aspects that touch on many different parts of the business. So have you spent the last few years at an advertising or marketing agency and know how to create and run campaigns? Great. Maybe you have skills in HR/recruitment and have a lot of experience in recruiting for difficult position profiles on a large scale. Or perhaps you have an operations/logistics background, you've been there/done that and can to bring your expertise to foodora.

We are quite flexible on what profile could match this position, as long as you have a strategic and creative brain, your digitally savvy, have a good eye for design and can show us that you complete projects from the birth of an idea to the execution of that idea.
