Head of Delivery (m/f) – Thailand

The foodpanda group is the one of the world’s leading online food delivery marketplaces, headquartered in Berlin, Germany and operating in 24 emerging markets in Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. The company employs more than 2,000 people worldwide, of which approximately 200 work in Berlin with more than 40 countries represented.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
• Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
• Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
• Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
• Manage all recruiting process for delivery team.
• Develop and prepare daily, weekly and monthly report as required.

Requirements:

• You have strong analytic skill with good understanding of numbers.
• You possess good English language skills.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 3 years experienced in the similar field is required.
• You show commitment and combine structured problem-solver ability with excellent analytical skills
