(Junior) HR Project Manager (m/f)

Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist our Head of HR in a variety of global and local HR projects, e.g. related to the introduction of new HR technology or the development of global HR guidelines
• Manage the full project life cycle from the first research phase through to implementation of different HR projects ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Work collaboratively with the entire HR team as well as colleagues from other departments to ensure optimal outcomes of all projects
• Document existing and draft new HR processes
• Take over various other HR tasks where necessary

Requirements:

• 1+ year HR experience in an international, ideally start-up environment
• University degree in a related subject
• Experience in handling different types of HR projects
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and present suggestions and results in a clear, professional and concise manner
• Self-starter personality with an international mindset that is comfortable with frequent change
• Analytical skills and a love for new technologies
• Very good organizational skills and hands-on approach
• Team oriented, approachable and energetic character with strong interpersonal skills
• Interest in new developments in the HR field in general and HR technology
• Excellent English language skills, other languages are a plus
