Partner Performance (m/f) - Thailand

Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• You will take care of a big group of top restaurants in Thailand and will receive monthly targets on commercial development, operational compliance, order processing automation and relationship building for your restaurants portfolio.
• By prioritizing your tasks and fulfilling them, you will develop good working relationship with restaurants to enhance their operational performance and success on foodpanda platform.
• You will consistently contact your portfolio partners via email, phone and occasional visits after proactively identifying opportunities for operational improvements – cooking time, menu items conversion, acceptance rate of orders, quality reviews, etc.
• You will be a contact point to handle restaurants’ complaints, questions and requests in timely and detailed manner.
• To do so you will collaborate with different teams in resolving restaurant queries – content, sales, finance and operations.
• To be successful you will need to understand our technology systems (restaurant app, order-processing platform, logistics platform), implement it to new partner restaurants, and advise restaurants on an efficient way of using it.
• Overall, you will take important part in the development of a very exciting, fast-growing global company.

Requirements: 

• Fluent in both Thai and English
• Bachelor or higher degree from reputable university (business or economics background will make it easier for you)
• 1+ year experience in account management, sales or operations (internships in dynamic startups or consulting companies will make it up for 1 year)
• Ability to handle and make use of data from various excel reports and tools
• Excellent communication skills and good time management ability
• Interest in a food industry and internet / technology startups
• Positive attitude towards new challenges and a “hands-on, can-do” mentality
