With teams in London, San Francisco, Amsterdam and Berlin, we’re fusing finance and tech to create new opportunities for those who want to achieve more.As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team in London to.... Manage a portfolio of active introducers whilst prospecting a portfolio of potential new ones to onboard and activate. Building strong relationships both internally and externally will be part of your day to day duties (so if you like talking… a lot then this is the role for you). You will play detective and identity any risk or compliance challenges to make sure the process runs effectively and efficiently. As a senior member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to provide ongoing training and support to the sales teams – teaching them the ways of selling and consulting! You’ll be helping to develop the intermediary acquisition strategy and supporting the education of new intermediaries.

We're looking for someone who's been there and done this…

• Proven track record in a sales environment - experience in working in asset finance, commercial finance is a definite plus! 
• Experience in explaining complex products, processes and services in the most simplistic way.
• Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Have the hunger to succeed in a sales capacity
• Met and exceeded targets – you thrive on achieving the absolute best
• Strong organisational skills would be great. How would you manage the portfolio without them?!
• It would be fantastic if you have the commitment to working and contributing as part of a wider team

• Have experience working with Commercial Finance brokerages helping, SME's across the UK
