Executive Assistant
Funding Circle seeks a business savvy Executive Assistant to amplify the effectiveness of three members of the US-based senior executive team, including the Managing Director, the Chief Product Officer and the Chief People Officer. This role is approx. 30% administrative and 70% business operations/special projects.
Birds-eye view of the role:
- Proactively monitor executive’s schedule to identify conflicts and reach out for input before time or priority conflicts occur
- Provide administrative support including coordinating logistics, schedules and travel arrangements efficiently
- Complete expense reports ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
- Monitor executive’s schedule to identify conflicts and reach out for resolution before time or priority conflicts occur
- Support a wide variety of projects, collect and organize information and data, and create presentations and reports
- Work across the organization to drive completion of cross-functional projects
- Help expedite conversations and decisions by becoming a business subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address issues and drive initiatives
- Partner with the culture committee and office team to drive the company culture, events and company-wide projects
- Meeting management including coordinating all required preparations (docs, decks, etc), note taking, follow up etc.
- Conduct research and complete special projects as assigned
- Provide personal assistance as needed to ensure maximal utilization of the supported executives’ time

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Prior Executive Assistant and business operations experience preferred
- Tech savvy and comfortable with online interfaces
- Experience working with all levels of management, employees, vendors and customers
