Executive Assistant

Funding Circle seeks a business savvy Executive Assistant to amplify the effectiveness of three members of the US-based senior executive team, including the Managing Director, the Chief Product Officer and the Chief People Officer. This role is approx. 30% administrative and 70% business operations/special projects.

Birds-eye view of the role:

  • Proactively monitor executive’s schedule to identify conflicts and reach out for input before time or priority conflicts occur
  • Provide administrative support including coordinating logistics, schedules and travel arrangements efficiently
  • Complete expense reports ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
  • Monitor executive’s schedule to identify conflicts and reach out for resolution before time or priority conflicts occur
  • Support a wide variety of projects, collect and organize information and data, and create presentations and reports
  • Work across the organization to drive completion of cross-functional projects
  • Help expedite conversations and decisions by becoming a business subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address issues and drive initiatives
  • Partner with the culture committee and office team to drive the company culture, events and company-wide projects
  • Meeting management including coordinating all required preparations (docs, decks, etc), note taking, follow up etc.
  • Conduct research and complete special projects as assigned
  • Provide personal assistance as needed to ensure maximal utilization of the supported executives’ time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Prior Executive Assistant and business operations experience preferred
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with online interfaces
  • Experience working with all levels of management, employees, vendors and customers
