We are looking for an outstanding Senior App Marketing Manager to join us in our Berlin HQ. 

This is a full-time 1 year contract role from Q2 2024 - Q2 2025.

As Senior App Marketing Manager you will report to the Growth App Lead. Be a part of one of Berlin's most innovative and cutting-edge Digital Marketing teams and gain exposure to a large scale, highly automated marketing engine. This role provides ownership of revenue growth & testing on the app channels and the opportunity to drive impactful ideas, supporting the 2024 growth marketing plans. 

Our mission is to attract and engage a diverse global audience of travel enthusiasts to download and use the GetYourGuide app, delivering unforgettable travel experiences and fostering a community of passionate explorers.

As a senior individual contributor you will:

• Be responsible for revenue & channel growth of our global app campaigns within the Display team as a senior individual contributor
• Lead asset briefing, campaign creation, optimization, automation, testing & reporting
• Identify performance gaps & opportunities within the channel(s)
• Leverage & analyze data to generate interesting insights and formulate hypothesis 
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and prioritize projects based on impact & strategy (Creative Studio, Analytics, Engineering, BI, advertising partners..)
• Design and implement incrementality, bidding, audience & creative testing to grow the value of app campaigns

• You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate. We operate on a hybrid work model and value in person interaction in our office a minimum of 3 days per week.
• You are able to commit to a full time, 1 year contract
• You have minimum 4 years of hands-on large scale performance campaign management experience on Google App campaigns, Meta App campaigns,  Apple Search ads
• You have a strong command of analytics & data manipulation tools
• You are experienced with app attribution, tracking and MMPs (adjust, appsflyer, kochava….)
• You have a strong understanding of digital performance marketing metrics. You are experienced in managing large budgets and delivering against efficiency targets
• You are detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently among multiple tasks and meetings
• You have a good knowledgeable about tracking, attribution models & incrementally testing. With the ability to take action based on data-driven recommendations & formulate clear hypotheses to elevate performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
