The B2B Marketing team mission is to make GetYourGuide the world’s #1 partner for Proud Experience Creators, working together to deliver unforgettable experiences to Modern Explorers.


We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager - B2B who will be the driving force behind our CRM program dedicated to the supply side of our marketplace. You will build, maintain, and optimize automated, personalized journeys for our suppliers, from their initial registration to their ongoing success with GetYourGuide. By joining the Supply Growth Marketing team, your efforts will directly contribute to our global growth by making GetYourGuide the world’s #1 partner for Proud Experience Creators, working together to deliver unforgettable experiences to Modern Explorers.


You will:
  • Develop, execute and maintain sophisticated dynamic CRM strategies to automate and personalize the supplier journey.
  • Lead the development, launch and evaluation of CRM capabilities in Braze, ensuring alignment with company and marketing/product goals.
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to identify untapped opportunities for supplier engagement and growth.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in B2B Marketing, Product, and Data Analytics teams to optimize the onboarding, activation, reactivation, and growth processes for our suppliers.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate hypotheses and refine marketing approaches.
  • Demonstrate technical excellence to optimize campaign setup and execution, reducing operational efforts while maximizing impact.
  • Serve as the go-to B2B CRM expert, consulting with various teams within GetYourGuide to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Foster creativity and innovation within an agile work environment, continuously seeking new ways to improve supplier experiences and outcomes.
Who you are
  • You have 4+ years of experience in a CRM role, preferably with a focus on B2B (not required).
  • Proven ability to explore, design and develop technical CRM solutions, using tools like Braze, Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Experienced with building dynamic, automated journeys at scale.
  • Data-driven and analytical, comfortable working with analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Possess technical skills, including HTML/CSS and templating language like Liquid.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit characterizes your approach to problem-solving, with a high degree of self-sufficiency and an ability to execute experiments and innovate.
  • You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with teams across product, data analytics, brand, and content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
