Our mission is to provide outstanding and scalable support to supply partners in delivering unforgettable experiences to our mutual customers. As a part of one of the four teams constituting the B2B Operations workstream at GetYourGuide, the Supplier Experience team focuses on delivering operational expertise and insights to our supply partners and stakeholders. Please note, this is a position for Maternity Cover, for the duration of one year.

• Lead a team of 9 Supplier Experience Specialists, provide strong leadership and foster their professional growth and development.
• Define the team metrics and priorities and ensure execution against targets
• Drive continuous improvements in our operational processes. Initiate and oversee projects aimed at establishing and refining operational workflows, both within our in-house team and our external vendor partners.
• Manage cross-functional projects with key stakeholders across Sales, Supply and Product teams
• Own and manage ad-hoc projects and high impact initiatives focused on scale and automation to drive growth and innovation in our Supply Services
• Drive the overall strategy of the Supplier Experience function in collaboration with the Senior Manager of B2B Operations; ensuring alignment with our broader organizational goals.

• An experienced People manager with a background in Operations in a high performance environment, ideally in a marketplace company
• A self-starter with excellent business acumen to set the team’s strategic direction, define priorities across large inhouse and outsourced vendor teams
• Proficient in creating and optimizing processes, particularly in fast-growing environments. Prior experience in e-commerce and B2B operations is highly desirable.
• Excel at managing cross-team projects across multiple stakeholders 
• You are flexible, excited by change, and able to adapt to evolving business needs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
