We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who can identify and gather important company data and compile it into reports management can use. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that drives the company’s KPIs.

Responsibilities:

Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques

Build advanced statistical models to address business needs such as lifetime value prediction, pricing optimization, inventory model, user behavior forecasting and user experience personalization

Deliver data-driven insights to identify business opportunities, implement changes across marketing, product and operations teams and improve customer value and business metrics

Design and conduct experiments and conduct root cause analysis

Work with data infrastructure and product engineering teams to develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality

Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases

Supporting the teams during the analysis and planning stages of product development

Requirements:

3+ years of full-time relevant experience as a data analyst

Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar fields

Deep understanding of statistics and/or machine learning methods

Strong programming skills in SQL

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Experience with Python and/or R is a plus

Experience with retention prediction and/or pricing models is a plus

Independence, self-motivation, and desire to learn

Fluent English (both verbal and written)
