About the Role

Houzz is seeking a passionate and experienced SEO Manager to lead its eCommerce SEO efforts across Houzz’s global portfolio of sites. As a member of the Growth team, you will take ownership of eCommerce SEO strategy and execution working under the Director of SEO.

You will work cross-functionally with the Product and Ops teams to coordinate SEO efforts and priorities. You will also be a leader within the SEO team, mentoring SEO Strategists across all site verticals.

You will have responsibility for results, the support of the SEO team of strategists, analysts and engineers, and you will have the resources to make things happen.

What You'll Do

Take responsibility for Houzz eCommerce SEO

Identify opportunities and set SEO strategy for Houzz eCommerce SEO

Conduct keyword research and competitor research

Monitor and report on rankings, traffic and revenue performance

Work with engineers to implement SEO improvements; own all steps of your projects

Work cross-functionally with other teams with conflicting priorities

Mentor SEO Strategists in the art of Google Fu

At a Minimum, We'd Like You to Have

At least 5 years of SEO experience either in-house or with an agency

Practical experience with eCommerce SEO

Experience with enterprise site SEO
