Houzz, the largest home and design online community in the world, is looking for top candidates to join the European e-commerce team in Berlin. As a Junior Product Coordinator, you will become an essential part of the fast-paced Marketplace team. We are looking for tech savvy individuals who thrive in a collaborative and hard-working environment, and have a love for design. This role involves impeccable organisation, excellent communication skills, adaptability and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
  • Build close business relationships with newly onboarded Sellers in order to successfully collect the best product data;
  • Guide UK vendors through the data sheet file and explaining which product data is required in order to get their products live on the UK Houzz Shop;
  • Review, re-format and adjust products feeds;
  • Error check and transform large Excel files from Sellers, through the use of formulas and logic
  • Manage online tools, including product feeds, Excel documentation and images;
  • Effectively train Houzz Sellers on our Seller central portal, which you will know inside-out;
  • Act as the collection point of all Sellers’ documentation on each product, identify the actions needed to onboard each product and distribute the workload to the relevant functions;
  • Work closely with Sellers to oversee troubleshooting, quality assurance, and product approval process;
  • Provide overall vendor and sales team support;
  • Manage process improvement projects.
  • Requirements
  • Full professional proficiency in English - any further language combination is a plus;
  • Strong organisation and project management skills - must be able to multi-task, work efficiently and accurately;
  • You excel at communicating detailed information clearly and concisely, remaining motivated working with Sellers and performing methodical tasks to reach team and individual goals;
  • Detail-oriented and quick learner;
  • Mac proficient with above average Excel skills and Internet savvy;
  • Goal-oriented team player - we all chip in and support each other to hit our team targets and company goals;
  • Positive attitude with a drive to take on challenges;
  • Enjoy a fast paced startup environment and be able to adapt quickly to changes.
