We are looking for an adaptable and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team!  
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a jack of all trades. You may be assisting with scheduling on one day, facilitating program development the next, analyzing recruiting efforts the following week, and jumping in to help with ad-hoc responsibilities in between! We are looking for someone that has exemplary organization skills, a strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This person will support multiple recruiting channels, including our internal and university hiring efforts, and act as the main point of contact for all candidate needs. This role is based out of San Diego
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate meetings/interviews and manager all recruiting calendars
  • Manage day-to-day recruiting workflow and interviews
  • Manage and monitor all candidate communication; onsite visits and correspondence
  • Manage Houzz job boards, postings, and advertisement campaigns
  • Develop and analyze job descriptions, provide feedback and edits as necessary
  • Analyze and compile data pertaining to hiring efforts
  • Organize data gathered from Applicant Tracking System 
  • Develop engaging content for and monitor social media channels for OC, SD, NASH, and PHX recruiting efforts
  • Monitor department budget to ensure spending is within guidelines
  • Take initiative in project management, remaining open to feedback and thriving in group collaboration
  • Assist in recruiting events
  • Take on Ad Hoc HR project and programs to support the overall business objectives
  • At Minimum, We'd Like You to Have
  • Strong familiarity with excel and google sheets (pivot tables, sumifs, countifs, etc)
  • Strong attention for detail and accuracy
  • One year of prior recruiting coordination experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative and work with a team
  • Ability to adapt to unique challenges in a calm and logical manner
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally, You'll Also Have
