About the Role

Houzz is seeking a Technical Sourcer to proactively identify and engage talent for our Product and Technology organization. As a member of the recruiting team, the Technical Sourcer will partner with our recruiters and hiring managers to develop creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent for a variety of roles across our business. This person will also often be the first point of contact someone has with Houzz and will therefore be responsible for creating and delivering an incredible candidate experience. This is a 100% remote, temporary 4-week contract.

What You’ll Do

Source, engage and recruit passive talent by researching, creating and executing creative sourcing strategies

Screen and qualify prospective candidates

Track leads/candidates and maintain data integrity within Lever, our applicant tracking system

Build strong relationships with product development teams to create deliverables, timelines and tracking processes with measurable metrics

Proactively engage and collaborate with recruiting teammates

Brainstorm innovative sourcing/recruiting strategies and roll out to others on the team

At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have

B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent practical experience

1+ year of sourcing or recruiting experience

Experience using an ATS to source, track and manage candidates

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting on various platforms and crafting Boolean search strings
