Your mission will be to lead the Capital Markets team

This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive and growth minded professional to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work with a business that is committed to supporting SMEs.

Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include:

• Structuring new transactions both in the UK and Germany dealing with multiple jurisdictions
• Leading commercial negotiations
• Actively participating to investor outreach

• Engaging with Risk and Portfolio management as part of the structuring effort
• Perform securitisation type credit analysis and cashflow modelling
• Operationalising and managing the implementation of transactions

Requirements

We look for people that are smart, humble, motivated and who are always looking to improve. You’ll have:

• Excellent structuring capabilities
• Very strong modelling and cash flow analysis skills
• Good analytical skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of securitisation regulations
• You can work in a fast-paced environment, handle ambiguity and manage a demanding workload
• You are an inspiring leader - you are approachable, sweat the details and challenge where necessary.
