We use big data, algorithms and automated processes to offer financial products to the underbanked and the 4bn people with no credit score. “Kredi” stands for the subsidiaries issuing credit to private individuals in currently nine countries. “Tech” is the Hamburg-based tech company developing banking technology.
Your Role
- Supervising a team of 6 debt collection agents;
- Support escalations when needed;
- Supporting the process and the pre-recovery team (Call Center);
- Providing information to ensure most effective Collection;
- Handling negotiations with customers.
Your Strengths
- You have at least 2 years of Team Leading experience in Debt Collections call center;
- You have the ability to handle mass recovery in B2C environment;
- You are keen to learn about collection of receivables and the fin-tech business in general;
- You have very good organizational skills and independence in decision-making;
- Above average analytical skills;
- Commitment, initiative, leadership skills;
- You’re a fluent Polish speaker and can communicate in English at a professional level;
- You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
- You have trained call center agents in best practices and know the most efficient way to assist with call center operations;
- You have strong interpersonal skills – you motivate those around you and especially your team;
- You’re analytical and KPI driven- you love to work with numbers and are detail oriented and exact.
