Your Role
- Analyse, define and manage the advanced customer relationship management strategy to optimize customer retention and reactivation;
- Build an ad-hoc campaign analysis framework focusing on main KPI's to drive actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance;
- Data segment selections for CRM campaigns;
- Develop customers through propensity models and provide the cross/up-sell offers targeted to each customer;
- Work with the current teams to define contact strategy optimization to increase retention rates and customer's activity while reducing the volume of un-subscribers;
- Analyse customer behavior and customer loyalty;
- Formulate, monitor and analyze SEM campaigns across major search engines such as Google to meet and exceed targets within CPA constraints;
- Carry out ongoing optimization of campaigns by means of keyword research, ad copy creation and A/B testing, bid-management and landing page optimization;
- Assisting Head of Marketing with integration of marketing systems;
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis, reporting on pipelines.
Your Strengths
- Hold a Master degree from a recognized school;
- Google Analytics and Adwords Certified;
- Strong background in managing CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Siebel CRM;
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle, campaign measurement and analytics, customer targeting and segmentation;
- Campaign A/B testing;
- Experienced using hard data and metrics to measure performance, determine improvements and innovation;
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to details and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to understand customer and commercial data;
- Expert in Google Analytics;
- Team player with good planning and organizational skills and the ability to manage own workload;
- Preferably experience in managing SEM campaigns in Google / Yahoo / Bing of advantage;
- Well-versed in using tools and technologies relevant to SEM (tracking, landing page optimization, AdWords editor, bid management);
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel;
- Fluent in English and native Spanish.
