  • Provide accurate and timely financial analysis covering daily, weekly and monthly management reporting, including a full P&L analysis and preparation of full commentary and variance analysis, highlighting areas of concern/improvement;
  • Run the entire Operating Expenses budget and forecasting process for the business;
  • Drive the company's business and profitability analysis;
  • Analyze and monitor the effect of growth scenarios and budget changes on Company’s productivity;
  • Undertake cost/benefit analysis to evaluate and support the commercial teams;
  • Participate in corporate strategic planning decisions;
  • Implement reports, controls and processes within the business to ensure better management information and to improve the reporting cycle;
  • Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability;
  • Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections;
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of inter dependency of cost drivers;
  • Understand the entire arc of the business and how productivity impacts profitability;
  • Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality;
  • Present new strategies and assessments to stakeholders in a compelling fashion;
  • Educate and persuade stakeholders to procure buy in and cooperation;
  • Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals;
  • Report to the Head of Controlling.
Desired skills and experience
  • University / post-graduate degree in finance or controlling/FP&A;
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in controlling/FP&A;
  • Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data;
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English; German is a plus;
  • You can communicate your work well, both orally and in presentations;
  • You understand collaboration and teamwork and you will enjoy working with a diverse international team;
  • You are able to generate budgets and reports;
  • Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately;
  • Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads;
  • Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems.
