Your Role

• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles according to Russian GAAP and IFRS 9;
• Advise Finance function in Germany with regards to Russian statutory, regulatory and tax requirements;
• Support design and build phase of Finance accounting architecture Russia covering the full range from loan book accounting systems to IFRS sub ledger, general ledger and BI systems;
• Define and specify Russian local GAAP as well as tax requirements and support transformation into IT;
• Support integration testing of target accounting systems;
• Conduct analysis of deviations of testing results from expected results;
• Support Go Live of target accounting architecture from the business side.
• Participation in project of transition to Unified Chart of Accounts and New local accounting standards.

Your Strengths

• Advanced degree in Accounting;
• 1-2 years professional working experience in bank accounting department or audit company / consultancy;
• Experience in Finance transformation projects in a bank or audit company / consultancy;
• Strong accounting knowledge in Russian GAAP, in IFRS 9 is a plus ;
• Expertise in Russian regulatory and tax requirements;
• ACCA (in progress) desirable;
• Strong communication skills with full English speaking proficiency;
• Hands on mentality along with a good understanding of banking accounting architectures, knowledge of banking products, accounting process and accounting data processing.
