Scanning for vulnerabilities in the office infrastructure and deploy patches as required;
Acting as a focal point between providers and stakeholders;
Tracking and managing software licenses and hardware;
Providing support for existing and new on premise applications.
Desired skills & experience
Knowledge in supporting Apple devices on a enterprise level;
Active Directory general knowledge;
VOIP Telephone system administration knowledge is a plus;
Knowledge in G Suite administration is a plus;
Good communication and interpersonal skills (advanced level of English);
Organized mindset and Problem solving skills;
Capability and patience to work in a stressful environment;
Feel comfortable working in an international environment.
