Your Role
- Work with a team of 7 people to ensure smooth operations across all countries;
- Provide assistance with manual processes including but not limited to booking of payments;
- Interact with banks and payment service providers regarding any payment queries;
- Be part of a support function assisting our Customer Service Centre;
- Be supporting ongoing operational process improvements.
Your Strengths
- Experience in Payments or similar role is required;
- Ability to work and learn quickly and accurately - concentrating on your work is important;
- Highly responsible and follow up on tasks in a timely manner;
- Affinity to numbers and calculations;
- Ability to work under pressure and learn quickly, always looking to make improvements;
- Very good computer skills including high affinity to the most frequently used software, most importantly Excel;
- Fluent in English and Russian. Knowledge of German is a plus.
*Please note that this position consists of a shift work, 8 hours/day between 7 am and 9 pm from Monday to Friday. This position is 1 year fixed term contract.
