Your Role
- Delivering best quality IT services in terms of support towards company employees;
- Installation, configuration and administration of Windows stations;
- Supporting in system administration and access management;
- Configuration, peripheral management, equipment management hardware (computers, printers, network equipment, communications equipment fixed or mobile);
- 1st and 2nd level Helpdesk;
- Scanning for vulnerabilities in the office infrastructure and deploy patches as required;
- Acting as a focal point between providers and stakeholders;
- Tracking and managing software licenses and hardware;
- Providing support for existing and new on premise applications.
Your Strengths
- 2-3 years experience in supporting Office IT infrastructure 1st and 2nd level;
- Bachelor or proven work experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role;
- Fluent in English;
- Hands-on experience in managing active directory is a plus;
- Atlassian, Zendesk, SIP, Softphone technologies is a plus;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Feel comfortable working in an international environment.
