Your Role

• Work with a team of 10 people to ensure smooth operations across all countries;
• Provide assistance with manual processes including but not limited to booking of payments;
• Interact with banks and payment service providers regarding any payment queries;
• Be part of a support function assisting our Customer Service Centre;
• Be supporting ongoing operational process improvements.

Your Strengths

• Student of at least 3rd year of studies;
• Ability to work and learn quickly and accurately - concentrating on your work is important;
• Highly responsible and follow up on tasks in a timely manner;
• Affinity to numbers and calculations;
• Ability to work under pressure and learn quickly, always looking to make improvements!
• Very good computer skills including high affinity to the most frequently used software, principally Excel;
• Be fluent in English and preferably in one of the following languages: Russian, Polish, Spanish or Czech. Knowledge of German is a plus.

*Please note that this position consist of shift work with rotation on a regular basis that could be mostly during the evenings between 6pm to 10pm or 8pm to 12am. The overall working hours include 20 hours per week.
