Contact person for Lesara customers via telephone, email or service chat (Live) Answering customer inquiries regarding products, shipment and returns, payment as well as complaints Receive, answer and when necessary forward support inquiries via telephone, email, and service chat (multi-channel) Process and solve customer complaints independently Maintain customer and master data in CRM system Take on additional tasks from the Customer Service department when required Your Profile
Previous work experience in customer service, ideally with experience in using tools such as Zendesk and Magento Team player with good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset Excellent social skills Business fluent in German and Swiss-German Good knowledge of English A highly motivated individual What You Can Expect From Us
