Description
Your Tasks:- Support and maintain our IT infrastructure – including documentation, monitoring and troubleshooting
- Procurement, setup and maintenance of technical assets (Clients and Printer)
- First and second level support for Windows and Mac devices
- Communicate ongoing issues and track status for incident management
- Identity and access management for our services
- Ensure our documentation and knowledge base are up-to-date
Your Profile:
- Technical education or comparable technical knowledge
- Basic knowledge of IPv4 Networking (Routing, Switching, Enterprise WLAN, VPN)
- Experience in the automated setup of Windows Environments (Windows 10)
- Basic Unix knowledge
- Very good documentation, communication and organisation skills
- Experience with handling technical devices
- Affinity for open communication – you are always the first person to get in touch with regarding technical questions
